Our client is looking for a S/4 Hana Migration Product Master Data Lead

JOB SUMMARY

Primary Purpose / Responsibilities

As part of the critical UNITY program, and reporting to Supply Chain Unity Domain Leadership, Supply Chain Unity Product Master Data Lead is a full-time role accountable for (1) managing a team of subject matter experts, for (2) on time and in full deliverables as per Supply Chain map, for (3) project and change management activities, and for (4) ensuring consistency of practices and governance across workstreams. 
The role orchestrates the engagement of a community of subject matter experts 
(consisting of Business Solution Experts, IT Solution Experts, External Functional 
Experts, Local key Users), balancing and allocating workload / availabilities, for 
successful delivery of the UNITY program. 
It ensures all project activities assigned within its scope are executed according to plan. It prepares and facilitates meetings / workshops and drives action plans 
deployments. It also enables the correct frequency of engagement with all stakeholders, implements appropriate cascade of communication, and drives change management deliverables within and out-side Unity teams, facilitating engagement with team members and Supply Chain Functional heads. 
Eventually, the role is part of the Project Core team – where it ensures all its project activities are reported and connected with other leads, and it works in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Domain Leadership in establishing the appropriate governance routines, planning and reporting. 
 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a representative of Global Supply Chain within the UNITY program.

  • Successfully coordinate core and extended teams of the assigned area through the following phases and activities:
    • Data migration
    • Testing activities (incl. integration with other solutions)
    • Training & Documentation activities
    • User access management
    • Cutover activities
    • Hypercare activities
  • Successfully lead the module in coordination with corporate program leads, heads of workstream and with other workstream leaders by mastering the following key activities:
    • Lead planning and facilitate execution of workstream activities
      • Organisation and planning of the assigned workstream deliverables.
      • Proactively identify, resolve and/or escalate capacity or prioritisation issues.
      • Steer work products through collaboration with the solution integrator and other Unity stakeholders. Including but not limited to – Data migration, Validation, Integration, non-Supply chain stakeholders, program leadership, Testing team.
    • Conduct regular status updates and reports.
      • Ensure full transparency of plan and deliverables for workstream stakeholders.
      • Contribute to overall supply chain status reporting.
    • Report major risks and issues, develop and track mitigation plans
    • Manage stakeholders and communication.
      • Manage the effective engagement of the workstream subject matter experts and stakeholders (Business Solution experts/Local key users/IT Solution Experts/First line mgt) & stakeholders management.
      • Lead communication for the affected Supply Chain Executives ensuring regular routine and focused alignment fitting to each departments project portfolio review cycles.
      • Organise resource planning for extended team stakeholders.
      • Enable the efficient engagement of Local key users, through proactive communication and the essential consideration of their ongoing capacity and part time contribution to the workstream. 

Education Level

Master's Degree 

COMPETENCIES 

  • Practical, in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain in GxP environment (or other controlled environment – food,…) and related processes.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with good understanding of SAP at least as a user in at least one SAP domain.
  • Practical understanding of methodologies to follow for implementing process and system improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and functional teams.
  • Ability to coordinate different stakeholders and demonstrate influential leadership
  • Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as strong skills as a negotiator to reach consensus, buy-in and commitment
