Description
Within the ICT 425 team, we manage the platform around SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps. To further develop our roadmap and internal projects, we are looking for a specialist who can take responsibility in one or more of these areas. In this role, you translate technical issues into clear and useful insights for team management. You develop these insights into structured proposals and action plans, aligned with business needs and taking into account the company's strategic guidelines and rules. Additionally, you contribute to building knowledge and collaboration within the team. You are able to involve others in new solutions and help guide project execution, while maintaining team dynamics. Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business are essential.
Technical skills
- Management and administration of SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, structure) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Experience in delivering SharePoint training (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Experience in user adoption and incident management (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Experience in translating technical requirements into clear, usable solutions that meet business needs (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Knowledge of the ShareGate tool (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Knowledge of English and French or Dutch (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Expert in SharePoint migration (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Knowledge of the ReplaceMagic tool (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
