Description
The test manager will mainly perform tasks related to integration testing: controlling the interaction between several modules or systems. System tests: validating the overall behavior of the application against the specifications. Acceptance tests (UAT): usually on the business or client side, validating that the solution meets user needs. Create descriptions and test reports and also execute test scenarios in collaboration with the Test Coordinator and technical teams. Knowledge of scripting (Python, JavaScript, or other test automation language). The presence rhythm at the office is at least 3 days per week and flexibility depending on testing activities and the project. ISTQB certification is a plus for this position.
Technical skills
- Execution of manual tests and reporting anomalies (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.) (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Solid knowledge of modeling and simulation tools: MATLAB / Simulink (reading, execution, validation of models)
- Knowledge of similar tools: Scade, MathWorks (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration testing and system validation in a complex technical environment, specifically in the railway domain (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Investigative mindset and attention to detail (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Analytical skills and rigor (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Good knowledge of Linux (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Good knowledge of QT (or equivalent) and IBM-MQ (or equivalent) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Languages:
- French: C2 advanced → ability to write clear reports and accurately report anomalies
- Dutch: Validate and test screens in Dutch & understand/follow discussions (A2: basic knowledge)
- English: Understanding technical specifications, writing simple issues, and participating in meetings if necessary (B1: intermediate level)
