The selected candidate will work within the Program Management Life Department in the team Life Digital Solutions.
The candidate will support the launch and delivery of a new Operational Excellence (OpEx) initiative. The mission is to:
- Establish the project’s strategic framework
- Define and document all key pillars
- Break down the project into actionable workstreams
- Prioritize activities
- Drive the concrete start of the program
The OpEx project aims to enhance efficiency, quality, and value delivery across the operational organization. The Project Lead will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, buy-in, and successful execution.
To succeed, working closely with our operational department colleagues is a must.
We are looking for an Operational Excellence Project Lead. The main mission of the candidate will be to set up and drive the rollout of an OpEx programme, identifying and structuring all potential improvement areas, defining key project pillars, and ensuring the effective prioritization and launch of initiatives to deliver tangible value.
In this context, the candidate will have to:
- Identify, document, and validate all key improvement areas and project pillars within the Operational Excellence programme
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to define the project framework, governance, and success criteria
- Break down the programme into actionable workstreams, prioritize initiatives, and develop a concrete project roadmap
- Oversee and coordinate the launch and execution of prioritized initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address obstacles to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Evaluate the impact and added value of implemented improvements, providing regular updates and recommendations to management
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization

- Experience in driving project kick-off and ensuring concrete execution

- Experience in the insurance or financial sector
- Familiarity with digital transformation or process optimization initiatives
Technical Experience Required
