Our client is looking for an IT Tech Lead .Net full stack (backend + Devops)
Context of the Mission / Objective(s) of the Job
For 5 years, IS Life division (part of IS department) is developing new digital applications for end customers (digital simulation and subscription of investment products).
There was also some internal .Net solution & API we have built & transforming & refreshing some key applications in newer technologies.
In that context, we are searching for a Senior Tech Lead for the division. He will be responsible to reinforce the monitoring, code quality, E2E integrations, transformation of old system to newer.
Main focus will be on .Net applications with important aspects in mind: database, flows and processes, back-end and integrations with other systems & technologies.
The different tracks for this mission will be:
- Improve error trapping and error handling
- Set up test performance of our backend & API & E2E integration
- Share knowledge with others from the team (10 people: testers, analysts, developers)
- Challenge solutions & propose future-proof solutions
The role is also larger as knowledge needs to be shared inside the division & not only inside the team. Expectation to help manager & Project Leader to bring work & opportunities to improve efficiency.
He will support the back-end developers and will be responsible for estimates, changes and new functionalities. He will also deliver & create some of the work packages with support from the team.
Process and governance could be improved; his expertise will help to improve current process & technology inside our division.
This profile will be in contact with several IS divisions and must be able to challenge the requirements, functional architecture and the developing team on the choices.
As Tech Lead he will be responsible for the technical solution: writing and validating solutions with concrete metrics such as KPI, performance result, test coverage,… He will have the support from the Business and Architects, and will be a key SPOC for the developers in the team and validating once developed.
His main focus is the back-end, knowledge regarding performance tracking, long-term solutions, challenging & growing our developers. Azure DevOps, SonarCloud, APM, Logzio, AppInsight are strong advantages for this mission.
We expect the Tech Lead to:
- Be in charge of understanding technical requirements & functional approach into a structured IT solution following key concepts
- Help translating this functional design into well-tailored technical design
- Prepare functional integration test cases based on the requirements
- Test the product before delivery to the users
- Analyze potential corrective actions to take
- Coordinate technical designers and programmers during implementation of functionalities
- Work closely with the team & experts from other divisions to ensure the final solution fits their needs
- Actively support the Project Leaders in the project implementation
- Communicate the status of the work to the Project Leader / Team Manager

- Expected Start Date: January 2026
- Duration: 12 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Level of Education Required
A degree in computer sciences is preferred.
