Our client is looking for a Functional Designer IS – Non-Life Fluent Sales
Context of the Mission / Objective(s) of the Job
The Information Systems (IS) Non-Life Fluent Sales team, which is responsible for the development of a new underwriting application with our external partner (BNPPF), is looking for a functional analyst with focus on capacity to design back-end applications (API / Cobol), testing them and good communication skills, adapted to the different stakeholders of our projects.
The candidate will work within the IT organisation on one large project, split into multiple deliveries in parallel. In this role, he will:
- Discuss requirements for setting up robust IT applications for crucial client-oriented processes
- Analyse them and design IT solutions
- Follow up on the implementation of his designs
- Organize the work of the project and participate in the set-up of the run
Proven experience with functional analysis in an IT environment is a must. Client data and/or finance/insurance knowledge are not required but would be useful.
The candidate will be working in a dynamic and innovative context. He/she will join a strong team where he can help shape solutions in a critical domain for AG.

Technical Experience Required
Mandatory:
- General knowledge in IT platforms
- Looking continuously for improvement of processes and applications
- Taking the “service-after-delivery” for your account
- Assembling the necessary documentation for new or adapted processes and functionalities
- Help describing the test scenarios, and help prepare test data with the test manager and organize the test execution in collaboration with the tester/test coordinator
- Informing the concerned parties in a structured and efficient way about the progress of the projects
- Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel at least)

Functional Experience Required
