Replacing our design and collaboration tools our client Engineering has decided to review its end-to-end (multi-disciplinary) processes for the execution of their infrastructure projects and adopt a new technology stack (the Autodesk suite) to support them. In this context, the objective is to use new processes and support existing needs by leveraging the technology. The Autodesk Vault and Construction Cloud applications will play a crucial role in implementing a new way of working, optimising collaboration for our client internally and with their external business partners. The new tools and workflows will be implemented in a way that provides BIM-level standardisation as we’re seeing a broad tendency across European electricity transport providers (TSOs) to move to standardised and modern, data-driven ways of working which enable significant efficiency and productivity gains. The proposed implementation approach is to work with a product-mindset, with a backlog and short release periods.
Service description: Senior Vault configurator/developer
Core competency: In depth technical knowledge of the Vault application, including the ability to implement interfaces, workflows, meta data structures and roles & responsibilities.
Remark All tasks will be carried out in the context of the ACC/Vault product serving different projects within our client. The product team will consist of this profile, a business consultant, a Product owner, a Tech lead, business analysts and developers (ACC & integration) to implement the solutions. It must be clear for all participants that it is not possible to ensure that all profiles will be sourced from the same partner.
Vault assignments to be performed:
Advise our client projects & IT Architecture about best-practice (process/data/technology)
Implement, configure and deploy the Vault installation and related components.
Configure and activate the workflows
Support the onboarding of our client user population onto the Vault system
Administrating (admin role) the Vault system
Enforce adherence to standards and rules within the Vault context
Integrate Vault with other our client systems & ACC
Document system, workflows, data structures and governance
Requirements:
Vault: Experienced admin-level Vault expert (deployment, configuration, administration)
Admin-level SQL knowledge

Presence: 2 days per week in the office
Languages: English: Mandatory
Dutch / French: Either Dutch or French is mandatory. Dutch and French together a plus
