Our client is boosting its digital transformation and one of its initiatives involves setting up a place to tackle new digital challenges: the Accelerator. Here we adopt innovative approaches like design thinking, fusion teams & agile methodologies. By gathering people from different backgrounds, each team analyses a business challenge and develops a minimum viable product (MVPs) to assess the business value. Successful MVPs are scaled up to full-fledged products.
Job Summary
For the Accelerator, we are seeking a motivated C# developer who will contribute to the design and development of forward-thinking software solutions that help modernize and transform our business. You will work on highly varied innovation projects, often involving emerging technologies such as AI. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product owners, architects and domain experts to turn ideas into scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Software Development:
You design, build, and maintain high-quality C#/.NET applications that support our innovation projects. This includes developing new features, improving existing components, and ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability across solutions.
AI-Driven Solution Engineering:
You work with emerging AI technologies — such as LLMs, computer vision, and intelligent automation — to create smart, data-driven prototypes and applications, including AI agents and GenAI solutions. These solutions are developed across diverse environments (cloud, on-premises) using appropriate programming languages such as Python and C#. You help integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows and explore how new technologies can add value.
Architecture & Technical Design:
You contribute to solution architecture discussions, evaluate technology choices, and help define modern patterns and best practices. You ensure that prototypes are technically sound and can evolve into scalable, maintainable solutions when needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
You collaborate closely with product owners, business experts, data specialists, business analysts, and other developers to convert business challenges into digital concepts. You participate in workshops, co-creation sessions, and technical reviews to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Skills & Expertise
- Strong proficiency in .NET C#
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices and integration patterns
- Knowledge of Azure and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases is a plus
- Experience with Blazor frontend framework is a plus
- Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and clean code practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git and DevOps workflows
