Our client is looking for a Senior Process Manager
Context
Currently we are seeking a driven Process manager to enrich our IT Asset Management capabilities. You'll be at the forefront of transforming Asset management process through innovative solutions. You'll analyze requirements, identify gaps and improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet the needs within our architectural standards.
You will work closely with stakeholders from different parts of the organization (system architects, SAP team, ServiceNow team and others) to optimize our data model, streamline and automate workflows, and enhance process maturity.
Description
As a senior Process Manager, you have over 5 years of experience in describing, optimizing and documenting the business processes :
- You work closely with the Product owner and fulfil the bridging function between ICT and business;
- You actively contribute to build new features that are decided, and implement them project based;
- You draw the process flows and request and follow up on adjustments;
- You provide clear and up-to-date documentation, mostly via Jira and Confluence;
- You coordinate the content with the interfaces (including risk functions).
Key Responsibilities
- analyse processes and guide stakeholders towards new efficient/automated processes compliant by design
- guide workshops with stakeholders
- document processes (in Visio) and maintain traceability of decisions and actions.
- gather feedback
- support problem solving initiatives, with focus on sound end-to-end processes
- coordinate with other IT Process Managers to ensure integration and standardization across related processes (e.g., incident, change, request management).
- perform root cause analyses and formulate remedials in case of issues
- contribute to change management activities.

Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience as Process manager for Asset management
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- You are a dynamic, proactive and result-driven colleague
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You can quickly familiarize yourself with new content and you are eager to learn
- You have the ability to translate complex messages in a clear simple way
- You are a team player
