Function Description
We’re looking for a Functional Analyst with a strong ICT Security background who thrives on problem-solving and collaboration. Your mission: help us detect, manage, and prevent cyber threats while shaping secure architectures for both office and industrial environments.
Responsibilities
- Drive Cybersecurity Excellence: Support incident detection and response, leveraging your technical expertise to keep our systems resilient.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Engage with ICT and business stakeholders to understand monitoring needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Create Smart Processes: Develop clear procedures for security tools that enhance detection and monitoring capabilities.
- Shape Secure Architectures: Contribute to designing and formalizing security frameworks for Office and Industrial Control Systems.
- Analyze, document, and implement business and security requirements using industry standards (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443).
- Assess existing infrastructure and gather insights from application, operations, and business teams.
- Identify improvement opportunities and present practical, forward-thinking solutions.
Technical Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in ICT security and functional analysis.
- Expertise: Strong analytical skills to define problems, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
- Technical Know-How:
- Solid understanding of security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO27001/2, IEC62443).
- Familiarity with application and infrastructure architecture.
- Ability to perform bottom-up research for diagnostics and impact analysis.
Communication Skills
Communication: Active listening, sharp questioning, and clear translation of technical concepts into user-friendly language.
