Our client is looking for a junior technical architect
Context
Our client is looking for a junior technical architect with a strong interest in infrastructure for the SIAM integration service at the Chancellery. He will support the enterprise architect, with the intention of eventually taking over the role.
Core Tasks and Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the enterprise architect:
- Participate in the development of the ICT strategy exercise (as-is – to-be – strategic initiatives – timeline)
- Review/evaluate architectural documentation
- Assess/validate proposed technical solutions within the framework of a request process
- Perform “spot checks” within existing monitoring (Loki – Icinga – Grafana)
- Technical exploration and innovation
- Act as advisor, ensuring technical alignment and checks with service owners (operations)
Desired Competencies
Technical

Consultant level, Master’s degree in ICT/Computer Science with an affinity in IT infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of compute, storage, networking, virtualization/containerization, automation (CI/CD), and cybersecurity
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Communication skills (both technical and business-oriented)
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Team player
