Our client is looking for a Senior/ Medior ICT SAP Project Manger

Description

Our client is looking for a Senior/Medior ICT Project leader (+ 5 year of experience) to support the ICT projects in the Logistic environment and for the follow-up of the coordination tasks linked to the Logistic, Procurement and Maintenance Functional processes.
A Project Leader who has experience with the follow up of ICT projects and who will be able to organize and coordinate workshops and project meetings is an advantage but not a must. The priority focus is on the Project follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up of multiple ICT projects within or linked to SAP
  • Coordination and direction of team-members in project- and support-tasks
  • Creation and follow-up of project planning
  • Prepare and assist workshops
  • Analyze and address gaps
  • Present preferred solutions to user groups
  • Build POC’s (Proof Of Concept) when needed
  • Assess impact on current business operations
  • Follow up of the business issues and evolvements.
  • Coordinate Testing (unit/component testing, system testing, integration testing, assistance in user acceptance testing)
  • Coordinate Documentation setup
  • Coordinate Key-user training
  • Coordinate support and follow up of the issue resolution during testing and go-live

Experience & expertise:

  • We are looking for a motivated experienced ICT Project Lead with knowledge of SAP processes and integration with SAP.
  • Experience level: Senior/Medior (at least 5 years of proven experience with project Management)
  • Experience with Logistic processes
  • Knowledge of S4/HANA is an asset but not a must
  • Knowledge or accreditation of Project skills : Prince2, PM-BOK, …. Is an asset

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent Skills to communicate with business stakeholders: listening actively to their needs, asking the right questions and interpreting their answers correctly.
  • Ability to work and communicate in a team (e.g. collaborate with other team members)
  • Language skills: Ability to communicate in Dutch (spoken), French (spoken) and English (written).
  • Assertively and diplomacy.

  • Pragmatic and open mind
  • Improvement minded: propose improvements
  • Mobility between the different locations (Brussels HQ, Anderlecht, Business offices).
