Description
As a Senior Project Leader, you manage IT projects within the ICT. You strictly manage the budget, timing and the scope defined with the client. You formalize your contacts with the various teams and partners and proactively inform them of the project status. Your approach is structured, but you know how to adopt the necessary flexibility and remain pragmatic. You manage projects related to the migration program to Windows 11 for Business solutions, projects related to improving cybersecurity for end‑user devices, or projects involving solutions on smartphones and tablets. These projects mainly focus on the organization and coordination of the deployment, paying particular attention to technical challenges. In addition, you support the Business in developing the technical aspects of End User Computing solutions. Your CV must clearly reflect experience in this field.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Translate customer needs into concrete solution proposals.
- Define projects and develop planning to achieve set objectives.
- Build and manage the project team, coordinate actions and promote collaboration among members.
- Supervise execution, coordinate and ensure compliance with project plans, deadlines and budget.
- Organize test and commissioning phases.
- Carry out training, documentation and project closure phases (build to run).
- Manage risks, issues and unexpected events.
- Report on project progress to management, customers and employees.
- Develop technical knowledge and share it within the team to improve internal skills.
In addition to the mandatory competencies, the candidate provides significant added value through complementary expertise. In‑depth knowledge of ITIL processes and the implementation and optimization of incident and change management ensures streamlined and efficient IT service delivery. Furthermore, experience in change management within companies promotes the adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring continuity and stability of operations. Finally, mastery of CyberArk EPM is an important advantage to strengthen the security of end‑user devices and ensure compliance, which is crucial in a context of increasing cyber threats.
The role requires strong soft skills: flexibility, initiative, constructive feedback, teamwork and communication with both business and technical teams. In addition, punctuality, multitasking, problem‑solving skills and customer orientation are essential.
Technical skills
- Expertise in End User Computing (Windows 11, Office, O365, Teams, Mobile Device Management, Cybersecurity) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Expertise in Windows 11 migration projects (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Expertise in cybersecurity projects for end‑user devices (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Expertise in project management methodologies (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Expertise in process methodologies (e.g., ITIL) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Language 1: Dutch or French (C2: highly complex mastery)
- Language 2: Dutch or French (other language than Language 1) (B1: intermediate level)
