Our client is looking for: SAP HR / PM Integration Expert
Description
Analyze and implement business processes by critically assessing the needs; Facilitate workshops to define the needs; Be able to interpret the need and translate it technically into SAP; Translate the business analysis into a high-level solution architecture, in consultation with other stakeholders such as technical architects, developers and business; Guide, stimulate and support the functional analysts in drafting a blueprint and functional specifications, as well as in monitoring the developments; Project coordination: controlling scope, budget, timing and quality; Coordination of test activities; Be responsible for hypercare; Be able to have the solutions evaluated taking into account HR constraints.
Technical skills
- Knowledge of English, French and Dutch (B2: upper-intermediate level)
- Functional experience with SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, Time, CATS, covering the following activities: translation of the business analysis into a high-level solution architecture, drafting functional specifications intended for an SAP developer, and configuration of the modules (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Functional experience with SAP PM & MM modules and the associated processes, covering the following activities: translation of the business analysis into a high-level solution architecture, drafting functional specifications intended for an SAP developer, and configuration of the modules (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Experience with integration with other SAP modules (CATS, MM, CO, planning tools) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Experience in coordinating activities or teams (as project manager or expert) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops, with demonstrated capacity to conduct them regularly within at least three large-scale projects (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Experience in implementing mobile SAP solutions (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Experience in writing SAP Blueprints. The candidate must demonstrate that he/she has written blueprints in at least 3 major projects (L2: at least 2 years of experience)

- The candidate must demonstrate his knowledge of the company, the IT world and understand the challenges of the requested role. He must also understand the mission and key activities of the company.
