Our client is looking for a Senior SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps expert

Within the ICT 425 team, we manage the platform around SharePoint, Power Automate and Power Apps. In order to further develop our roadmap and internal projects, we are looking for a specialist who can take on responsibilities in one or several of these domains.
In this role, you translate technical issues into clear and useful insights for the team management. You develop these insights into structured proposals and action plans, aligned with the needs of the business and taking into account the company’s strategic guidelines and rules.
You also contribute to building knowledge and collaboration within the team. You are able to involve colleagues in new solutions and support the execution of projects, while maintaining team dynamics. Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business are essential.”
Technical skills
- Management and administration of SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, structure) (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Design and automation of flows with Power Automate (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Development and management of applications with Power Apps (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Experience in translating technical requirements into clear, useful solutions aligned with business needs (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Experience with the development of structured proposals and action plans (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Experience in communication and translation of technical content to non‑technical stakeholders (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Use of DevOps principles (versioning, automation, CI/CD, monitoring) applied to M365/Power Platform (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Programming experience (e.g. C#, React or equivalent) for extensions and integrations in M365/Power Platform (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Development with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for extensions and integrations (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
