Our client is looking for a Business Analyst – Infrastructure Services (SAP Transformation Project)
Role Description

- Align and validate requirements between business and IT stakeholders.
- Validate IT functional analyses.
- Plan and coordinate required changes to processes or applications.
- After implementation, test and validate releases, including support during UAT.
- Play an active role in change management, including preparing training materials and delivering end-user training in line with the existing change management methodology and toolkit.
- Support the business in the use of IT tools during post-implementation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a technical or economic field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, including needs analysis, business requirements definition, and business process modelling.
- Very good knowledge of English (reading and writing).
- Very good knowledge of Dutch or French (spoken, written, and reading); understanding of the second national language is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with a critical, challenging attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; able to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to build consensus and convince multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with a customer-oriented and flexible mindset.
- Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
- Experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, Jira, and DevOps is a plus.
- Experience in the electricity or energy sector is an asset.
