Our client is looking for a Generative AI Engineer (ARCH).
Mission Details

- Duration: 1 year (possible extensions)

- Remote work: partial remote possible (not mandatory)
- On‑site presence: minimum 2 full days per week in Gosselies (every week)
- Additional on‑site days may occasionally be required
- Mobility: the site is not easily accessible by public transport → driving licence + personal vehicle required
Context
As part of the development of the GenAiCC (Generative AI Competence Center), our client wants to strengthen the team with a versatile profile capable of supporting digital transformation through the integration of generative AI solutions and automation, notably via the Power Platform.
The GenAiCC structures governance, security, and compliance around AI while assisting business teams in adopting these technologies.
The team relies mainly on Microsoft tools such as Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search to design, deploy, and govern innovative, conversational, and automated solutions.
The role focuses primarily on project delivery, with a contribution to the evolution of the GenAiCC.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work closely with the solution architect and the AI expert to participate in the design, deployment, optimization, and monitoring of generative AI solutions. Their role will include:
- Scoping and analyzing business needs for AI projects (LLM, chatbots, automation, dashboards, etc.)
- Designing and developing AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Copilot 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search to build chatbots, conversational agents, intelligent search engines, and advanced automations
- Conducting functional and technical analyses and preparing related documentation
- Contributing to the structure and evolution of the GenAiCC (governance, security, compliance, best practices)
- Implementing and documenting operational AI governance standards
- Collaborating across teams with architects, data engineers, business analysts, and business stakeholders
- Conducting technology watch and proposing continuous improvements, particularly on Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI solutions
