Our client is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst (Technical Background)
The job:
As a Senior Functional Analyst you are part of the product team and you tune in with all stakeholders. Your main point of contact is a team of developpers and testers. A technical background is required for this position. You are end-to-end responsible for the user stories:
- Refine EPIC's into user stories: Take the lead in user story mapping process (+ prioritisation)
- User Story writing and validation in collaboration with product manager
- User Story refinement in collaboration with the DEV-team
- Validation once developed (Check match with acceptance criteria)
Technical skills
- You have a minimum and recent experience of 7 years working years as a Functional Analyst (minimum 2 years as senior)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A technical background and being familiar with Rest API/ Swagger/ event-driven architecture
You need to have recent experiences with:
- Agile | Scrum
- Jira | Confluence
- UML (UML-diagrams, data modelling)
- Able to create wireframes with Figma using best practices in UX-design
Softskills
- Mature communication skills with the ability to drive constructive discussions in a respectful manner
- Able to explain complex matters in an easy way
- Able to create a sense of urgency and an atmosphere of openness
- An excellent communicator, both in oral and written communication
- Result driven and never diminish quality for speed
- Assertive and show initiative
- The real teamplayer attitude
- Flexible in dealing with task switches and interruptions
- Fluent in both Dutch/English or French/ English and you have a (very) good command of the language for which you wouldn’t be fluent
