Our client is looking for a SAP S/4 Manufacturing Delivery lead
Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Internal Manufacturing Digital team as the 'SAP S/4 Manufacturing domain Lead’. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead and oversee the seamless migration of our SAP ECC manufacturing, warehouse, and maintenance domains to SAP S/4 HANA – project call Unity ( see annexes for more insights) .
About the role
As the lead SAP S/4 Manufacturing domain you will report to Head of Digital & S/4 Manufacturing. In that role you will lead a dedicated project team comprising both business and IT professionals. Your primary mission will be to orchestrate the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 for our internal manufacturing facilities located in Belgium, Japan and Switzerland.
The Manufacturing domain Lead will ensure for the successful implementation of SAP S/4 HANA across manufacturing, maintenance, and warehouse functions and ecosystem. This achievement will be accomplished in close collaboration with our internal team and the chosen system integrator.

Who will you work with In this role, you will collaborate closely with SAP S/4 corporate program leaders and other workstream leads, including Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Finance. Your goal is to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4 HANA by effectively coordinating and overseeing all essential project activities.
What will you do
- Be responsible for the success of SAP S/4 transition in Global Manufacturing organization by demonstrating user adoption of the solution and guarantee all business process covered by the domain can be executed successfully and efficiently after Go Live.
- Successfully coordinate manufacturing core and extended teams of the project through the following phases and activities:
- Data migration
- Testing activities (incl. integration with other solutions)
- Training activities
- User access management
- Cutover activities
- Hypercare activities
- Successfully lead the project in coordination with corporate project leads and with other workstream leaders by mastering the following key activities:
- Planning of project activities
- Conduct regular status updates and project reports for executive stakeholders
- Report major risks and issues, develop and track mitigation plans
- Manage stakeholders, communication, and change Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Information Technology).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with SAP S/4 HANA implementations in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience in a Biopharma manufacturing site and even more at the company is a plus
- Experience in Project Management and Change Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business process management
- System minded: understand quickly how systems functionalities can support business requirements
- Business Intelligence tools (eg : SAP BI, Power BI, QlikSense, …)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in French and English
- Certification: PMI project management or equivalent
