Technical skills
- Expertise in document management (lifecycle, retention, metadata, archiving) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Governance & information architecture (policies, security, compliance) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- SharePoint architecture & configuration (libraries, metadata, content types) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Structuring of processes and projects in an ICT environment (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- User adoption & change enablement (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Business analysis & translation into functional needs (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Stakeholder management & alignment (including communication) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- English (B2: upper‑intermediate level)
- Dutch or French (C2: highly complex mastery)
