Description

Know the business processes in the field of human resources, understand new needs, assist the HR business in its decision-making – lead workshops – Build a close collaboration with the team of business analysts of the HR department and the SAP functional analysts of the ICT department – challenge, interpret and translate needs (in relation to Belgian legislation, feasibility, the existing SAP application landscape, etc.) into a document structuring the needs for the SAP functional analysts – supervise, stimulate and support the functional analysts in drafting functional specifications, as well as in the follow-up of developments – project coordination: control of scope, budget, timing and quality – change management (training, test support, documentation) – SPOC in the analysis, build and hypercare phases of projects.

Have knowledge of business processes in the field of human resources, have insight into new needs, support the HR department in decision-making – lead workshops – Work closely with the team of business analysts in the HR department and the functional SAP analysts of the ICT department – challenge, interpret and translate needs (in light of Belgian legislation, feasibility, the existing SAP application landscape, etc.) into a document that structures the needs for the SAP functional analysts – guide, stimulate and support functional analysts in drafting functional specifications and in following up developments – project coordination: control of scope, budget, timing and quality – change management (training, test supervision, documentation) – SPOC in the analysis, build and hypercare phases of projects. 

Technical skills

  • Trilingual: knowledge of English, French and Dutch (C1: complex mastery).
  • Proven experience as an HR consultant applying knowledge of the HR domain, specifically in recruitment, Belgian social law, personnel administration & social affairs, and payroll (L5: at least 15 years of experience).
  • Proven experience in leading workshops and trainings (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Experience in project management (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Experience in understanding the structure of HR data and general configuration possibilities of SAP HCM modules (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Functional experience with SAP HCM modules Time & CATS, covering the following activities: business analysis, translation of the analysis into a document structuring business needs for SAP HCM functional specialists, assistance in drafting functional specifications, training, test support and coordination of ICT activities (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Specific experience in projects where strong communication and being a key collaborator were essential (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Specific experience acquired in projects where solution-oriented work and customer satisfaction were central, with demonstrable deliverables (L3: at least 5 years of experience). 

Soft skills

  • The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the company, the IT world, and understand the challenges of the requested role. He must also understand the mission and key activities.
  • The candidate must demonstrate that he is able to integrate into the company teams, particularly through values such as kindness, courage, positivity and reliability.
  • The candidate must demonstrate skills inherent to the requested role and within the framework of the ICT department, namely presentation skills, a professional attitude, correctness and respect towards management, clear and effective communication and responsible commitment for the duration of the contract.
