Description

“The objective of this mission is to support the staff of the Ronet distribution center in the transition from the SAP MM/IM solution to the SAP EWM solution. This mission involves

  • Highlighting and explaining the necessary changes and the objectives to be achieved through the deployment of the new solution
  • Reporting concerns, frustrations, … to the local management and the project team
  • Managing questions and the follow-up of the answers to be provided during the implementation and after the go-live of the solution
  • Planning and preparing training sessions in collaboration with the local management and the project team
  • Planning and preparing testing sessions in collaboration with the local management and the project team
  • Preparing and planning Q&A sessions
  • Coordinating the drafting of training material
  • Preparing and planning test sessions
  • Preparing and planning training sessions
  • Assisting during the go-live
  • Preparing and planning information sessions on the context of the change and on the intended objectives”

Technical skills

  • Demonstrable experience in support and change management of at least five (5) logistics projects (up to go-live) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Experience and acquired knowledge in a SAP environment (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
  • Experience and acquired knowledge in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
  • French (C1: complex mastery)

Soft skills

  • The candidate must demonstrate his knowledge of the company, the IT world, and understand the challenges of the requested role. He must also understand the mission and key activities of the company.
  • The candidate must demonstrate that he is able to integrate into the company teams, notably through the values of kindness, courage, positivity, and reliability.
