The Document Management Specialist is responsible for the design and management of a modern document management framework. This includes the modelling of document flows, the development of governance, the management of information architecture and the configuration of SharePoint as a document management platform. The specialist improves search and findability, supports user adoption and translates business needs into functional solutions.

Technical skills
- Expertise in document management (lifecycle, retention, metadata, archiving) (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Governance & information architecture (policies, security, compliance) (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- SharePoint architecture & configuration (libraries, metadata, content types) (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Experienced in Spfx (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- SharePoint subscription edition knowledge (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Business analysis & translation into functional needs (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Nitro & Digisign experience (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
- Communicative, takes initiative and works proactively, with demonstrable experience in applying these skills in a professional context (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- English (B2: upper‑intermediate level)
- Dutch or French (C2: highly complex mastery)
Soft skills
- The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the company, the IT world, and understand the challenges of the requested role. He must also understand the mission and key activities of the company.
