Our client is looking for a Service Teamleader ASP
Service description
As Deputy to the ASP (Asset Stock & Purchase) Specialist, you will take on a role that combines administrative, financial, and technical responsibilities. The ASP service is part of the IT IDS (IT Infrastructure, Datacom and Security) department and provides transversal support services for all IT departments. Your main activities will include:
Responsibilities
- Assist the ASP Manager with all people management tasks: follow-up, supervision, and support of team members; first escalation point for issues or questions; planning management; organization of weekly team meetings and monthly F2F meetings.
- Participate in recruitment interviews and support the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Ensure proper application of procedures and contribute to their continuous improvement while maintaining complete, up‑to‑date, and well‑structured documentation (updates, archiving obsolete versions, automation where relevant).
- Manage license orders in support of the team, taking over in case of workload peaks and autonomously handling complex requests requiring in‑depth expertise.
- Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and detect/correct anomalies in the database: monthly for the entire IDS department, weekly for the ASP team.
- Manage small process improvement projects when needed, either within IT (e.g., database-related improvements) or in collaboration with other departments such as HR or Procurement — from needs definition to final evaluation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar function.
- French or Dutch speaker with good knowledge of the second national language and English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) as well as SAP.
- General IT knowledge (understanding of basic terms and concepts) and a good understanding of license management processes (software, subscriptions, renewals).
- Ability to work autonomously, analyze situations, take initiative, and apply solution‑oriented thinking.
- Strong communicator with excellent team spirit and customer focus.
- Strong administrative accuracy (compliance with rules and procedures).
- Good stress management and ability to meet deadlines (priority management).
