Our client is looking for a Procurement & Asset Consultant
The Procurement & Asset Consultant is specialized in purchasing, invoicing, and contract follow‑up for hardware, software, and external resources, supporting hardware, licenses, telephony subscriptions, and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
• Manage the complete procurement cycle for IT hardware, software, and external resources — including quotations, orders, invoices, payments, and contract or timesheet follow‑up — to ensure accurate financial tracking and timely delivery.
• Ensure accurate tracking of all IT assets by maintaining inventories, managing hardware and software lifecycles, handling stock levels, and overseeing license usage and optimization.
• Manage all mobile and fixed telephony subscriptions by monitoring usage, costs, and allocations, coordinating with providers, and identifying optimization opportunities to reduce overall telecom expenses.
• Use SAP, Coupa, Omnitracker, Microsoft Office and Teams on a daily basis to manage procurement workflows, asset lifecycle tracking, documentation, and communication across IT and supplier stakeholders.
Technical Skills
• Solid understanding of procurement processes (quotations, POs, GR, invoicing, cost centers, vendor management)
• Knowledge of CMDB principles and ITIL best practices for asset and service management
• Analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or equivalent)
Communication Skills
• Languages: Native French or Dutch, English at C1 level
• Good communication skills with suppliers, IT teams, and management

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple parallel tasks
• Analytical mindset for cost optimization and license management
