Description
Experienced Jira and Confluence specialist with a strong focus on developing and maintaining advanced customizations, including scripts, automations, and plugins.
Skilled in designing integrations between Atlassian platforms and internal/external systems through REST APIs and web services. Adept at modeling and updating existing or upcoming workflows for ISTM and Business processes, providing expert-level technical support for developments and integrations.
Core Competencies:
- Expert in configuring Jira and Confluence, particularly in Data Center / On Premise editions, including Asset (Insight)
- Proficient in JQL and AQL for complex queries
- Strong programming skills in Java and Groovy
- Extensive experience with Atlassian REST APIs and Linux environments (Redhat/CentOS)
- Skilled in configuring and managing plugins such as ScriptRunner, Jira Workflow Toolbox, and Exalate (Advanced configuration)
- Advanced SQL knowledge, with experience managing databases like PostgreSQL
- Familiar with LDAP and SSO integrations for Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of additional plugins such as Email This Issue, SLA PowerBox, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards, Elements Connect, and Table Grid Next Gen
