Our client is looking for a Functional Analyst GIS
Description
The I-ICT service supports the departments and services of the company in everything related to IT and telecommunications (design, delivery, support, management, and maintenance). Within this service, the I-ICT.413 office is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of GIS services and solutions for the various divisions.
The objective of the mission is to reinforce the analysis team for the different GIS projects managed by the I-ICT.413 office.
Technical skills
- Acquired knowledge of the GIS world (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Relevant experience and knowledge as a Functional Analyst in the IT domain (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Relevant experience and knowledge in translating Business requirements into IT terms for the development team (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Relevant experience and knowledge in a development team working with the Agile methodology (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Relevant experience and knowledge with the JIRA tool (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Relevant experience and knowledge of the following GIS tools: ESRI, FME, Oracle Spatial (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Language 1: active knowledge of Dutch or French (C1: extremely strong proficiency)
- Language 2: passive knowledge of Dutch or French (other than language 1) (B1: intermediate level)
- Language 3: English (B1: intermediate level)
Soft skills
- The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of Infrabel, the IT world, and understand the challenges of the requested role. He must also understand the mission and key activities of Infrabel.
- The candidate must demonstrate that he is able to integrate into the Infrabel teams, notably through the values of kindness, courage, positivity, and reliability.
- The candidate must demonstrate skills inherent to the requested function and within the framework of the ICT department, namely presentation skills, a professional attitude, correctness and respect towards management, clear and effective communication, and responsible commitment for the duration of the contract.
