Description

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will work in a LeSS environment, where you play a key role in the technical development and quality of our software solutions. You will work closely with several LeSS teams and contribute to the scalable development of our applications.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ability to work in a LeSS environment.
  • Ability to work on shared code within a team of 60+ people.
  • Functional analysis: participate in refinement sessions.
  • Technical analysis: translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Development of new functionalities: implement scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Bug fixing and troubleshooting: analyse and resolve technical problems in collaboration with other teams.
  • Test automation: integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure stable software delivery.
  • Documentation: keep technical documentation, best practices and architectural decisions up to date.
  • Deployment and release management: install and roll out new software versions in an on‑premises environment.
  • Mentorship and knowledge sharing: guide junior and medior developers and contribute to the continuous development of knowledge within the team.

  • Knowledge and experience with Java 21 or higher (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Experience with Angular; Angular 19 (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Experience with microservices architecture (Spring Boot 3+), Hexagonal Architecture (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Experience with the adoption of LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) (L1: at least some experience)
  • Experience with large IT projects (L2: at least 2 years of experience)
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
  • Knowledge and experience with JIRA/Confluence (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Knowledge and experience with Miro (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Experience in Java development and experience with bug fixing (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Knowledge and experience with the Spring Framework (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Knowledge and experience with Test Driven Development (TDD), unit tests (JUnit, Mockito, …) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins and Artifactory (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Experience with DevOps principles (L1: at least some experience)
  • Knowledge and experience with Hibernate and JPA (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Knowledge and experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • Language 1: French or Dutch (C1: complex mastery)
  • Language 2: French or Dutch (other than language 1) (B1: intermediate level)
  • English: understanding, writing and reading (C1: complex mastery)
  • Oracle Certified Associate & Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
  • ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level (v4.0) (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
