Service description:
Our client is looking for a new .NET Architect to technically lead the product Portals and Platforms (5 Products). This product is hosted on AKS so a good knowledge of AKS and K8s is a must. The tech lead will manage Full Stack .NET developers working on a .NET 8 micro-services product.

Requirements:
- Languages: English is a must.
- Good knowledge of AKS and K8s is a must.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Coaching developer teams.
- Be a player role in Scrum teams.
- Take the lead of multiple dev teams (help coordinate the work during a sprint).
- Seniority on technical issue investigation (good analytical skills).
- Provide a clear vision on the target architecture.
- Challenge technical choices with other Tech Leads and Devs.
- Challenge features with the PO.
- Explain technical aspects to non-business people.
- Organize collaborative technical sessions with developers and architects.
- Handle priority and emergency efficiently.
- Structured approach to solutions.
- Explore new technologies and maintain technical watch.
