As the company expands globally, modernizing and streamlining its internal project management and operational processes has become a strategic priority. Today, the project management landscape is fragmented, relying on multiple disconnected tools, manual follow-up, and limited integrated visibility. Given the project-driven business model, this creates inefficiencies, administrative overhead, and challenges in steering activities consistently across regions.
To address this, the company is launching an initiative to implement a fit to standard SAP Public Cloud ERP, placing project management at the core of the new operating model. The future ERP will become the central system enabling the company to:
- Manage projects end‐to‐end in a structured, harmonised and efficient way
- Standardise project lifecycle processes across all global entities
- Improve planning, time recording, budgeting and forecasting
- Enhance resource management and collaboration with shared service centres
- Increase transparency through integrated dashboards and reporting
- Reduce complexity by avoiding customisations and adopting best-practice cloud standards for the project management and supporting streams like finance, billing, procurement
Your mission is to co-lead this ERP implementation on behalf of the company, ensuring that the solution delivers robust project management capabilities tailored to the company needs while remaining aligned with cloud best practices and the Group’s overall architecture. You will bring teams together across the Group and the implementation partner, guiding them through a fully integrated ERP transformation and ensuring the delivery of a scalable template that can be reused for future affiliates.

The Group is launching the implementation of a new SAP Public Cloud ERP for its affiliate. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will represent the Group in the end‐to‐end setup of this new cloud-based ERP, ensuring a fit‐for‐purpose solution that respects fit-to-standard principles while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
The ultimate goal of this mission is to deliver:
- A robust SAP Public Cloud ERP for the company with focus on their core capability: professional services
- A reusable affiliate template that can be leveraged for future affiliates of the Group
- A sustainable, scalable and future-proof setup aligned with the operating model and shared service center structure
Project Leadership & Governance
- Together with the program manager and the implementation partner you will lead the overall SAP Public Cloud ERP implementation
- Acting as the key representative of the Group towards vendors, integrators, and internal teams
- Ensuring alignment with the Group governance, architecture and shared service operating models
- Driving the project roadmap, scope definition, timeline and milestone tracking
- Facilitating decision-making and steering committee involvement
Fit-to-Standard & Template Design
- Ensuring strong adherence to fit‐to‐standard SAP Public Cloud principles
- Challenging deviations and customisation requests constructively
- Coordinating the creation of a scalable ERP template for future affiliates
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including business, IT, integrator, and shared service center teams
- Engaging international stakeholders and bridging cultural and organisational differences
- Supporting process owners in developing standardised and efficient business processes
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
- Proactively identifying risks and managing mitigation plans
- Monitoring interdependencies (legal, financial, operational, data, integration, etc.)
- Ensuring quality deliverables and clear documentation
Change Management
- Supporting the change and communication strategy around the new ERP
- Preparing impacted users, ensuring adoption and smooth transition
- Coordinating training and cutover readiness
Requirements:
Mandatory expertise:
- Proven experience as Project Manager for SAP Public Cloud or SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementations
- Experience with ERP deployment in an international context
- Strong fit-to-standard mindset
- Experience working with shared service centers in ERP operating models
- Ability to challenge internal stakeholders constructively and diplomatically
- Excellent coordination, communication and problem‐solving skills
- Autonomous, structured, and result‐oriented
Plus:
- Experience in change management in the context of ERP implementations
Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset
