Our client is looking for: Senior Functional Analyst SAP PM

Description

Analyze and implement business processes while challenging the needs. Be the point of contact for the collection of business needs. Be able to interpret the needs and translate them functionally into SAP. Monitor and resolve tickets (support, bugs, change requests) recorded in Solution Manager. Perform data loads (master data, operational data, correction data). Test solutions / carry out non-regression tests. Provide support to users working with the implemented solutions. Ensure and encourage best practices. Prepare and lead workshops. Configure the SAP system in line with business needs. Test and accompany business tests before go‑lives. Contribute to writing work instructions. A flexible, customer‑oriented team player with an analytical mindset, results‑oriented and capable of managing collaboration within a team effectively. To meet the challenges related to this role and our business, the following skills are particularly valuable: experience with SAP Fiori and/or mobile applications, as well as a proven ability to manage projects in a targeted manner.”

Technical skills

  • In‑depth experience with the SAP PM module: the candidate must understand in detail the functionalities and configuration of the maintenance module (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Experience with integration of SAP PM with other modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Experience in drafting functional specifications and facilitating workshops (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Experience with SAP LSMW or S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
  • Language 1: Dutch or French (C2: highly complex mastery).
  • Language 2: Dutch or French (other than language 1) (B1: intermediate level).
  • Language 3: English, mainly from a technical perspective (B2: upper‑intermediate level).

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the company, the IT world and understanding of the challenges of the requested role.
  • Understand the mission and key activities of the company.
  • Demonstrate capacity to integrate into company teams, showing the values of kindness, courage, positivity and reliability.
