Our client is looking for: Functional Analyst ICT
Description
An ICT Functional Analyst acts as the link between operational needs and technical teams. He/she gathers and clarifies user expectations and drafts the functional specifications and related processes. He/she also translates these needs into achievable solutions and supports the developers throughout the entire project. He/she takes part in the testing phases to ensure that the delivered solutions fully meet the defined requirements. Finally, he/she provides user support and contributes to the continuous improvement of the implemented tools and functionalities.
The candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- An excellent ability to analyse and the skill to solve problems in a structured manner.
- Very good communication skills, ensuring efficient interaction between business and IT teams.

- Customer orientation and sense of user experience.
- Stress resistance and the ability to manage priorities.
- Teamwork with developers, testers and users.
Technical skills
- Knowledge of Dutch and French (C1: complex mastery)
- Knowledge of English: understanding, writing and reading (B2: upper-intermediate level)
- 5 years of experience with Enterprise Architect, Azure DevOps (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
- Demonstrate 10 years of experience in mastering documentation (functional analyses, use cases, processes) and UML modelling (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Mastery of information systems, data flows and the principles of application architecture (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Strong testing skills, particularly in integration testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
Soft skills
- The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the company, the IT world, and understand the challenges of the requested function. He/she must also understand the mission and key activities of the company.
- The candidate must show that he/she is able to integrate into the the company teams, particularly through the values of kindness, courage, positivity and reliability.
- The candidate must demonstrate skills inherent to the requested function and aligned with the ICT department, namely presentation skills, a professional attitude, correctness and respect towards management, clear and effective communication, and responsible engagement for the duration of the contract.
