ICT Business Analyst / Product Owner
Description
We are looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst / Product Owner to join an Intelligence & Innovation team. In this role, you will combine strong analytical skills with a clear product vision and take ownership of digital solutions that enhance operational effectiveness.
You will act as a bridge between business and IT, translating operational needs into concrete, scalable, and future-proof solutions. As a Product Owner, you will also be responsible for defining the product vision, managing priorities, and maintaining the roadmap to ensure maximum value delivery for end users.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, management, IT teams) as well as external partners, playing a key role in delivering innovative solutions within a complex and high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Act as Product Owner in Agile environments (backlog management, prioritization, roadmap ownership)
- Optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Monitor quality, progress, and value delivery of solutions
- Actively contribute to innovation initiatives within the team
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in general business operations with application in ICT environments
- Strong experience in business process development and optimization (BPM)
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of project management aspects (cost, timing, coordination, planning, estimation)
- Native-level Dutch proficiency (CEFR level C2) required
