For the Intelligence & Innovation department, we are looking for an experienced consultant with a strong focus on change management and user adoption.

You act as a crucial link between technology and end users, actively contributing to a successful implementation and adoption.
The consultant:

- Increases user adoption and monitors it in a data-driven way using relevant key user metrics.
- Works closely with various departments, identifies needs and resistance, and is able to transform these constructively into engagement.
- Develops and implements scalable training initiatives, including e-learning, digital learning paths, and targeted sessions adapted to a large and diverse organization.
- Ensures a structured feedback loop from end users towards Product Owners.
- Applies a structured and results-oriented approach, using change management principles in a pragmatic way.
- Performs thorough analysis before taking action and is able to quickly process complex information and translate it into business value.
We are looking for a consultant who is confident, inspires trust, and easily builds professional relationships within a complex and dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- You hold a higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent through experience.
- You have proven experience in change management and/or user adoption trajectories within large organizations.
- Proven experience in creating training materials and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience with the applications/systems for which training is provided.
- Strong communication and teaching (didactic) skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Language requirement: Dutch at CEFR level C2.
