Our client is looking for a Functional Analyst ICT
Description
An ICT functional analyst acts as the link between operational needs and technical teams. They gather and clarify user expectations, then draft the functional specifications and associated processes. They translate these needs into feasible solutions and support the developers throughout the project. They also participate in the testing phases to ensure that the delivered solutions fully meet the defined requirements. Finally, they provide user support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the implemented tools and functionalities.
The candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve problems in a structured way.
- Very good communication skills, ensuring effective interaction between business and IT teams.

- Customer orientation and a sense of user experience.
- Stress resistance and the ability to manage priorities.
- Teamwork with developers, testers, and users.
Technical skills
- Knowledge of Dutch and French (C1: complex mastery).
- Knowledge of English: understanding, writing and reading (B2: upper-intermediate level).
- 5 years of experience with Enterprise Architect and Azure DevOps (L3: at least 5 years of experience).
- Demonstrate 10 years of experience in documentation mastery (functional analyses, use cases, processes) and UML modelling (L4: at least 10 years of experience).
- Mastery of information systems, data flows and the principles of application architecture (L4: at least 10 years of experience).
- Strong testing skills, particularly in integration testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) (L4: at least 10 years of experience).
Soft skills
- The candidate must demonstrate their knowledge of the company, the IT world and understand the challenges of the requested role. They must also understand the mission and key activities.
- The candidate must demonstrate that they are able to integrate into the company teams, particularly through values such as kindness, courage, positivity, and reliability.
- The candidate must demonstrate skills inherent to the requested position and fitting within the ICT department, namely presentation skills, a professional attitude, correctness and respect towards management, clear and effective communication, and responsible engagement for the duration of the contract.
