Description
An Innovation & Intelligence department within a public-sector organization is looking for a Medior UX Designer to strengthen a multidisciplinary team focused on developing innovative digital solutions that support both operational and strategic activities.
As a UX Designer, you will play a key role in creating user-friendly, efficient, and future-oriented applications that contribute to data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with analysts, developers, and end users in a complex and socially impactful environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and translate them into clear UX concepts and user flows
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models for internal tools and platforms
- Validate designs through user testing and iterative improvements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (data, IT, operations)
- Contribute to the improvement of existing systems and processes
- Ensure usability and consistency across digital applications
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer
- Strong knowledge of and experience with responsive design
- Hands-on experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.)
- Experience in content design, particularly for content-driven pages
- Experience implementing designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Native-level Dutch proficiency (CEFR level C2)
