Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js / React)
Description
For a large-scale transformation program, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build a scalable and high-performance platform within a socially impactful environment.
The platform consists of multiple modules and is considered business-critical. It is developed using modern engineering practices within an Agile framework.
We are not looking for a “ticket developer,” but for a senior engineer who takes ownership, ensures quality, and brings technical maturity to the team.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop backend services using Node.js (TypeScript-first)
- Build performant and maintainable frontends with React
- Work with PostgreSQL in a production environment
- Contribute to architecture, scalability, and security decisions
- Implement test automation and safeguard code quality
- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team
- Actively contribute to improving ways of working
- Coach and support fellow developers when needed
Your Impact
You will have a direct influence on technical decisions and development standards across the platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing web-based applications
- Demonstrated experience in leading development teams and coaching developers
- Strong hands-on skills in coding, testing, and debugging
- Solid experience with Agile methodologies, with the ability to take a leading role
- Language requirement: Dutch – CEFR level C2 (native or equivalent proficiency)
