Provide administrative and organizational support to the Smart Metering project team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations. You will work under the supervision of the MOC Team Lead and the Smart Metering Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support

Verify and process orders accurately

Monitor and follow up on administrative processes and cases

Register, validate, and process data and orders

Handle incoming requests and incidents via mailbox, Iriscases, and ServiceNow

Investigate and analyze issues related to digital meter operations (in collaboration with SMOC)

Assess whether escalation or reassignment is required

Gather necessary information for case handovers

Track escalated cases and report bottlenecks
Analysis & Continuous Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and cross-team collaboration
