Our client is looking for a Project Manager SAP ERP.
The main responsibility of the IT Project Manager Transformation ERP is to ensure the management of multiple business–IT projects in the SAP ECC domain, including the transformation of the current SAP ECC environment to a new ERP solution. This includes the preparation and follow-up of the public procurement process related to this transformation, as well as the execution of the transformation itself.
In parallel, the Project Manager will also be responsible for managing other strategic projects and for setting up test management in line with existing standards.
These assignments are carried out using various technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP IS-U, Geode, Windev, as well as M365 tools like SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate, SAG, and others.
Please note that the choice of the future ERP solution has not yet been made (study in progress).
Responsibilities
ERP Transformation and Public Procurement
- Managing the transformation from the current SAP ECC environment to a new ERP solution
- Defining and managing the public procurement process to select the future ERP solution and implementation partner
- Managing the ERP transformation project, including migration and transition activities
Project and Stakeholder Management
- Identifying, monitoring and supporting the integration of key user requirements across several other strategic projects
- Ensuring detailed project follow-up in terms of scope, planning, resources and budget
- Managing risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
Test Management and Change Management
- Setting up comprehensive test management for the relevant projects, based on Vivaqua’s defined test methodology
- Organising change management activities in collaboration with the business and the Change Management team
- Ensuring adequate training for end users
Governance and Reporting
- Supporting the PMO with systematic project follow-up (PSR)
- Supporting capacity, budget and timeline management
- Implementing project governance in line with expectations
- Using project tracking and governance tools such as Jira and TOPdesk
