Our client is looking for a Medior Business Analyst
Description
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role within the “Enhanced Grid Development Capability” project, focusing on the implementation of a new solution replacing existing tooling.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for the new solution
- Defining and detailing interfaces with systems such as SAP and IBM Saga
- Validating and reviewing functional designs delivered by IT teams and external partners
- Supporting testing activities, including preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Documenting business processes, user manuals, and training materials
- Supporting data migration activities
- Collaborating closely with the Infrastructure Business Analysis team and other stakeholders
- Acting as a bridge between Business and IT, ensuring alignment and quality of deliverables
Scope of the Project
The project aims to:
- Implement a new solution for managing grid needs and long-term grid studies
- Support the initiation and management of grid infrastructure projects (scope, cost estimation, planning, resource demand)
- Enable better linking and clustering of grid needs with infrastructure projects
- Replace existing legacy tooling to improve efficiency and decision-making
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge and structure complex topics
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, and testing (UAT)
- Knowledge of BPMN for process modeling
- Familiarity with IREB principles (certification is a plus)
- Experience with SAP, Copperleaf C55 or IBM Saga is a strong asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
