Mission
- Define and implement communication, training, and stakeholder management actions
- Create clear and engaging communication materials (in collaboration with the communication team and project analysts)
- Organize events
- Assess the needs and impacts of various ongoing projects and initiatives from a change management perspective, with possible adjustments based on evolving requirements
- Define an appropriate change plan in close collaboration with the team lead and program/project managers
- Identify the activities and resources required to successfully deliver change initiatives
- Influence and convince: proactive, autonomous, independent, curious, creative, determined, patient, open-minded, confident while embracing continuous feedback, and demonstrating integrity
- Be flexible and capable of operating in complex and evolving environments, both internal and external
- Strong organizational skills (structured, concise, accessible, precise approach, etc.)
- Ability to connect with all levels of the organization in environments with high resistance to change
- Be present with operational teams to communicate key messages, capture needs, and act as a link with project and management teams
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
- Experience with project management methodologies and standard project lifecycle
- Support the Corporate Change Manager in defining action plans to develop a change culture within the organization
- Contribute to the development and positioning of the team and department by supporting various projects, initiatives, workshops, and activities
- Develop adoption approaches for technological solutions
- Analyze impact and assess end-user readiness
- Support the Culture Office in cultural transformation initiatives
- Simplify Change Office processes and contribute to crisis management activities
- Facilitate coaching workshops and team sessions
- Promote and implement Agile approaches within supported projects
- Work with public stakeholders
- Support technical teams (field technicians or digital teams)
Context
The People & Tech Solutions department aims to enable the company and all employees to achieve their objectives, in line with the company's strategy. As a strategic partner, the department supports the organization in reaching its ambitions by deploying the necessary human, organizational, and technical resources to help teams and individuals develop and perform.
The People Strategy & Change Office acts as the driver and coordinator of activities related to this departmental strategy, anticipating and supporting the needs of internal clients. This team is mainly responsible for:
- the creation, implementation, and monitoring of the HR strategy, the Change Office, and the Technology Center;
- leading and providing organizational support to accompany internal clients in corporate-level strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Change Office, NWOW, etc.);
- defining and delivering cultural transformation approaches within the organization (e.g., corporate culture, leadership culture and communities, engagement surveys, etc.);
- managing digital HR practices, with the objective of coordinating HRIS, Data Analytics, AI-related activities, etc.
