Context of the mission
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate a cross-functional program focused on Supply Chain transformation with significant integration points into ERP systems (such as SAP) and logistics platforms. The role includes managing a team of a team of functional and/or technical analysts and ensuring end-to-end delivery of program objectives across multiple stakeholders, business units, and IT domains.

Level of education required
Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent through experience.

- 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
- Proven experience leading teams of analysts (functional and/or technical)
- Solid background in Supply Chain processes (procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics, order-to-cash)
- Experience with ERP transformation or integration projects (preferably SAP)
Preferable
- Experience in logistics systems implementation (WMS, TMS, OMS)
- Exposure to multi-site deployments
Functional experience required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function)

- Deep understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain flows and how they integrate into ERP systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution roadmaps
- Strong experience managing dependencies between Supply Chain, ERP, and logistics systems Governance, documentation, program reporting.
- Leading functional design workshops and validating solution fit
Preferable
- Functional knowledge of SAP modules (MM, WM, SD, … )
- Working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Warehousing, Manufacturing)
Technical experience required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function)
Mandatory (years: senior 3-5)
- Understanding of ERP system architecture (SAP ECC or S/4HANA)
- Integration concepts: IDocs, APIs, middleware platforms (MuleSoft,…)
- Understanding of logistics system architecture (WMS)
- Familiarity with data flows, master data dependencies, and interface mapping
- Experience coordinating technical teams (developers, integration specialists, testers)
Preferable
- Knowledge of cloud-based supply chain platforms
- Understanding of cybersecurity requirements in Supply Chain systems
- Experience with test automation or performance testing tools

Ensure the successful delivery of the Supply Chain program by managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources. Lead a team of analysts, coordinate with technical teams, and secure alignment with business objectives. Guarantee that ERP and logistics systems are properly integrated and deliver measurable value for Supply Chain operations.
