Our client is looking for a SOFTWARE TESTER
Context
The role consists of defining, executing, and documenting functional test scenarios, integration tests, and system validation tests in order to ensure the conformity, robustness, and reliability of embedded applications and software monitoring platforms. The tester will also be involved in analyzing anomalies, qualifying corrections, and verifying the interoperability between software modules and equipment deployed on the network.
Main Tasks
- Define, execute, and document functional test scenarios, integration tests, and system validation tests.
- Ensure conformity, robustness, and reliability of embedded applications and software monitoring platforms.
- Analyze anomalies.
- Qualify corrections.
- Verify interoperability between software modules and equipment deployed on the network.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of Dutch and French (C1: complex proficiency)
- Knowledge of English: understanding, writing, and reading (B2: upper intermediate level)
- In possession of ISTQB Advanced Level certifications (Test Analyst, Technical Test Analyst, Test Manager) and experience in applying them within various test trajectories (L1: at least some experience)
- Experience with test automation and in possession of the certification “Certified Test Automation Engineer (ISTQB)” or an equivalent or higher certification (L1: at least some experience)
- Experience in defining, executing, and documenting functional tests, integration tests, and system validation tests to ensure the conformity, robustness, and reliability of embedded applications and software monitoring platforms (L4: at least 10 years of experience)
- Experience with the use of Azure DevOps Test Plans for writing, managing, and extracting results from test plans (L3: at least 5 years of experience)
