Context
Within the HR domain, our client is working on the development of a new HR data and reporting landscape.
The HR Connector (HRC) acts as the central layer for data integration between different HR applications. The platform is based on AWS (serverless architecture).
For reporting purposes, HRC makes consumable data available to its customers (data warehouse, PowerBI, etc.).
The team works under high pressure with tight deadlines, and there is currently a need to accelerate the reporting track.
Objective
To address these challenges, we are looking for an analyst-developer profile who:
- Can translate reporting needs into concrete solutions
- Acts as the bridge between the business (HR analytics), HRC and the consuming IT teams
- Performs technical analyses and can also carry out implementations
We are looking for a profile who:
- Can be deployed quickly
- Works independently
- Takes ownership of reporting stories
- Actively contributes to structure and acceleration within the team
This role is crucial to deliver and stabilise the reporting component within HRC in the short term.
Responsibilities
- Together with business stakeholders, translate reporting needs into concrete user stories
- Develop functional and technical analyses around reporting and data flows
- Be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned stories
- Implement solutions where necessary
- Actively contribute to the acceleration and maturity of the reporting track
- Bring structure to complex reporting flows
Tasks and Deliverables
Examples of possible stories:
- Develop reporting logic based on HR data (e.g. absence, workforce metrics)
- Set up or adapt Athena views (data extraction for reporting)
- Translate business requirements into data models and technical solutions
- Integrate data towards the EDP platform
- Analyse and improve existing reporting flows and datasets
- Help resolve data and reporting issues (ticket solving)

- Strong analytical and technical profile
- Hands-on and pragmatic (not a purely functional profile)
- Able to switch between business and technology
- Strong in prioritisation and working under pressure
- Proactive and takes ownership
- Driver within a complex team operating under pressure
General Knowledge
- Strong experience as an analyst-developer / data engineer
- Experience with AWS (Athena, Glue is a plus)
- Knowledge of data modelling and reporting architecture, advanced SQL knowledge, etc.
- Experience with DWH / datamart environments
- Knowledge of integration between systems and data sources
- Experience collaborating with data platform teams is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to structure complex data and reporting challenges
- Able to quickly contribute to ongoing projects
- Fluent communication style and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Agile / SCRUM is an asset
- Languages:

Work Environment
