Our client is looking for a Salesforce Release Manager and Developer
Context
Within the IT department, the Unit 1 – Customer Domain aims to support the processes and Salesforce applications for managing customer interactions for the company (Counter opening & closing, Work customer request and offer, claims, request information,…) within various channel such like the phone, email, the web portal and whatsapp.
Two other teams in the Unit are focusing on Salesforce Field Service, to support all the works operations.
We are looking for a Salesforce release manager to manage all the deployments & environments for our Salesforce.
He/she will also work on projects and corrective & evolutive maintenance on the current deployed applications (Salesforce Service cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud).The consultant will interact with our functional and technical analysts, Salesforce technical lead and partners in charge of our Salesforce projects and maintenances.
The mission will be done in Time & Materials in our offices, or in homeworking, following company rules (3 days per week on site).
Description
What are the technical skills expected for the mission ?
- Excellent expertise and experience in Salesforce deployment & environment branching process
- Good understanding of Jenkins & Microsoft TFS (current solution)
- Experience in managing Salesforce releases with Azure DEV OPS (migration in progress)
- Abilty to configure & develop on Salesforce platform (java script, flow, apex code, and front end : React / LWC)
- Ability to identify incident/problem root cause.Fix apex code and flow issues.
- Master Data mass creation / modification (Service Catalogue, Timesheet, SA,…)
- Administration of Users, User profiles, permission sets, User groups, User queue
- Object Manager: clear understanding of all possibilities about fields set up, page layout and lightening page, Validation rules,…
- Ability to work in Agile- Knowledge of React and Salesforce Lightning Web runtime is a plus

The mission consists in :
- Release Management activities related to the effective management of written or modified source code, by using Sibelga tools (TFS/Jenkins at the beginning, Azure Dev Ops after):
- Source code version control in TFS (Microsoft) and later on in Microsoft Azure DEVOPS tool;
- Management of packages specific to each release;
- Specific release notes completion for each release;
- Automatic build and deployment management (where possible);
- Communication with dedicated teams for the implementation, maintenance and evolution of elements specific to development and build environments;
- Completion of deployment procedures (IMP and SWI). These procedures must contain the level of detail necessary for Sibelga to itself execute the deployment of the written or modified source code;
- Execute deployment (packages and configuration) in different environments (TST, ACC and PRD) relying exclusively on deployment procedures.
- Supporting Sibelga if it performs the deployment itself;
- Maintaining environment planning for the unit.
- Interface with the rest of Sibelga IT community when there is a related Salesforce deployment topic.
- Performing monitoring & impact analysis especially when Salesforce perform new technical upgrade of the package.
- Projects, corrective & evolutive maintenance:
- analyze and fix incidents on production
- work on project implementation by performing technical design, configuration & Apex development.
- Develop new front end pages for our customer portal (Experience Cloud with react and Lightning Web Components)
