Our client is looking for a PMO
In the Regional Grid Development team, the Grid Developers work on 3 important tasks:
- Defining the evolution of the regional transmission grids in the medium and long-term future through long-term studies;
- Managing the long-term infrastructure project portfolio;
- Delivering customer connection studies for new or existing customers requesting capacity on the transmission or distribution network.
In this context, we are looking for support for the Grid Developers on various tasks:
- Secretariat of the Grid Development Sounding Board (planning meetings, managing the agenda, timekeeping, action follow-up);
- Preparing presentations for internal & external use (PowerPoints for DNBs, regulators, customers, internal approval bodies, etc.);
- Supporting RGD data management through developments in Excel (data linking, filtering, layouting, Power BI, etc.);
- Helping to prepare the high-level RGD workload planning;
- Providing support in the daily tasks of the Grid Developers:
- Helping to prepare scoping documents for projects;
- Budget preparation for long-term studies;
- Keeping an overview of lists to be completed or questions from external parties;
- Increasing data quality in various processes;
- Layouting of external documents.
Additional Requirements
- Proficiency/writing skills in both national languages (NL – FR);
- Accurate and eye for detail;
- Immediately available;
- Good Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Autonomy and sense of initiative.
