Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic IT infrastructure and NIS governance projects within the Information Technology Department.
The Infrastructure Project Manager will define, plan, coordinate, and implement projects aimed at strengthening:
- IT system resilience
- Information security
- Service availability
- IT infrastructure modernisation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Disaster Recovery Plan strategy.
- Manage the deployment of a Configuration Management Database.
- Coordinate the implementation of NIS-related initiatives.
- Manage change across the assigned projects.
- Oversee the replacement and modernisation of infrastructure solutions.
- Draft specifications and tender documents for IT infrastructure modernisation.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team and IT Vendor Manager.
Project Management Responsibilities
For each assigned project, the consultant will:
- Prepare and maintain a project plan covering:
- Objectives and scope
- Schedule and milestones
- Tasks and expected deliverables
- Review and approval cycles
- Project organisation and governance
- Reporting
- Monitor costs, timelines, resources, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate project teams effectively and maintain team engagement.
- Contribute to business case updates.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
- Ensure clear communication and reporting to the relevant stakeholders.
Governance and Compliance
Throughout the assignment, the consultant must comply with:
- GDPR
- ISO 27001
- NIS2
- Our client’s internal policies
- The applicable Code of Conduct for external service providers

Assignment Details
- Engagement: Full-time
- Working week: 40 hours
- Initial workload: Up to 440 person-days
- Initial duration: Approximately two years
- Possible extension: Up to 880 working days in total, including the initial term
- Location: Our client’s head office
- On-site presence: At least three days per week, unless an explicit exception is granted
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
