Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives that improve employee productivity, collaboration, and the overall digital workplace experience.
You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, senior management, vendors, and external partners to support the adoption and continuous improvement of modern workplace technologies.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Roadmap
- Drive the Digital Workplace roadmap in line with business and IT priorities
- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective workplace solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve employee productivity, collaboration, usability, and efficiency
- Assess new technologies and solutions that could strengthen the digital employee experience
- Ensure that Digital Workplace initiatives deliver measurable business value
Project Delivery
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, and budgets
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business departments, vendors, and external partners
- Monitor project progress and ensure delivery according to the agreed scope, timing, budget, and quality standards
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
- Organize project governance and facilitate timely decision-making
- Ensure that project deliverables are properly tested, accepted, documented, and transitioned into operations
- Provide regular project reporting to senior management, including progress, milestones, risks, issues, and required decisions
Governance and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards and project management processes
- Ensure that solutions comply with security, data protection, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Integrate technology lifecycle management into project planning and delivery
- Coordinate with security, architecture, infrastructure, and operational teams where required
- Monitor suppliers and external partners against agreed deliverables, service levels, quality standards, and contractual commitments
- Evaluate supplier and solution performance and initiate improvements where necessary
Change Management and Adoption
- Define and implement change management and user adoption strategies
- Assess the organizational impact of new workplace technologies and ways of working
- Coordinate communication, training, engagement, and adoption activities
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Support business teams and employees throughout the implementation and adoption process
- Promote best practices and innovative ways of working
- Ensure that solutions are user-friendly and aligned with employee needs
Performance and Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor relevant performance indicators for Digital Workplace initiatives
- Track platform adoption, usage, employee satisfaction, productivity, and business outcomes
- Analyze feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Report on the realized benefits and impact of delivered initiatives
- Support the continuous optimization of workplace technologies, processes, and services
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
- Strong experience with Digital Workplace, Workplace Modernization, or broader IT transformation initiatives
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple business and IT stakeholders
- Good understanding of modern workplace technologies and collaboration platforms
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related solutions
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent frameworks
- Experience with change management, user adoption, and organizational transformation
- Strong understanding of IT governance, security, data privacy, and lifecycle management principles
- Experience coordinating vendors, suppliers, and external implementation partners
- Ability to define and monitor project and adoption KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Able to make structured and data-driven decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, and leadership capabilities
- Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced, and matrix-based organization

Assignment Details
- Long-term consultancy assignment
- Available on an 80% or 100% basis
- Hybrid working model
