Our client is looking for a motivated SAP Functional / Business Consultant to reinforce the existing SAP PS/MM/PM functional team.
You will contribute to the analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP solutions across the following modules:
- SAP PS – Project Systems
- SAP MM – Materials Management
- SAP PM – Plant Maintenance
You will work closely with business stakeholders, key users, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, understand, and document business requirements
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
- Conduct functional and technical gap analyses
- Build Proofs of Concept
- Configure and customize SAP PS, MM, and PM
- Write functional specifications for developments and enhancements
- Ensure integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, and mini-HR
- Define and maintain master data structures and setup
- Perform unit testing
- Document solutions and testing activities in SAP Solution Manager and Test Plan Management
- Prepare and deliver training to key users
- Support integration testing
- Assist with cut-over preparation and execution
- Provide functional support and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams throughout the complete implementation lifecycle
Profile
- At least five years of experience within an SAP environment
- Strong functional experience with SAP PS, MM, and PM
- Good knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and AA
- Experience translating business requirements into functional SAP solutions
- Strong experience with SAP configuration and customization
- Experience with SAP integrations and master data setup
- Experience writing functional specifications
- Experience with testing, cut-over activities, user training, and production support
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and Test Plan Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently while actively contributing to a functional team
