Our client is looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to play a key role in designing intuitive and user-friendly digital solutions within a multidisciplinary product team.
The team consists of Product Owners, Program Managers, Full Stack Developers, Test Specialists, AI Developers and other digital experts.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and interpret user needs and translate them into interaction models, user flows and functional designs.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Apply established UX/UI patterns and determine when specific interaction patterns should be used.
- Set up, conduct and analyse usability tests.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Developers to translate long-term concepts into designs that can be delivered within an Agile sprint environment.
- Work within an existing design team and follow established design principles and agreements.
- Contribute to the maintenance, improvement and structured expansion of existing design systems.
- Manage and align with multiple stakeholders within a large and complex organisation.
- Create responsive designs across different devices and screen sizes.
- Design content-driven pages with a strong focus on usability and information architecture.
- Support the implementation of designs in HTML, CSS and JavaScript where required.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a UX Designer.
- Proven experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles, UX patterns and interaction design.
- Proven experience with usability testing and user research.
- Experience working with and extending design systems.
- Experience working in Agile environments within large or complex organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Experience creating designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision or similar.
- Proven experience with content design and content-driven digital platforms.
- Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Languages
- Dutch: CEFR level C2 required
